Zay Meets World is an open-source documentary project. This site lets people submit ideas, locations, and acts of love to shape a cross-country journey. By using this site you agree to these terms.
When you submit through this site, you're sharing information voluntarily. We store your submission, read it personally, and may reach out to follow up. Submitting a city, person, or place is a suggestion — we can't guarantee every submission will be visited or featured, but we read every single one.
Any money sent via Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or other payment links on this site is a voluntary contribution to support the journey. Contributions are not refundable, not tax-deductible, and not a purchase of goods or services. We are not a registered charity or nonprofit.
If you post content on TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform using #ZayMeetsWorld or tagging our accounts, you grant Zay Meets World a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share and use that content on this website, our social channels, and in the documentary. We may feature your content — we can't promise every post will be selected, but we see them all. Credit will always be given if your content is featured. You can ask us to remove your content at any time by contacting us.
All original content produced by Zay Meets World — including video footage, writing, and design — belongs to Zay Meets World. You're welcome to share it with credit.
This is a live, unpredictable journey. We can't guarantee specific cities will be visited, that the journey will be completed on any timeline, or that any specific outcome will happen. That's kind of the point.
